Progress this morning

Awake
Michelle is awake and doing well. She had some soreness under her arm, but she’s on some good medication to help manage her pain now. She sends her love to everyone and I’m sure will be anxious to do some communication herself once she is a little more alert. We’ll be spending the night here. … Continue reading
Surgery done!
Michelle’s surgery went great! She is now in recovery and should be there for something like 45 to 90 minutes depending on how long she feels like sleeping it off. We weren’t sure whether she would spend the night here at Swedish tonight, but received confirmation that she will. I’ll try to provide more updates … Continue reading

Just letting everyone know that Michelle is in surgery now. Not surprisingly, she is in very good spirits.
